Art & heart - Tools to connect people and change the world, it´s a way to connect and change persons. The project consists in the development (organization, preparation and participation) of cultural/art actions (literature, architecture, sculpture, paint, photography, cinema, theater, dance, music, others) with and for the community.
The objectives of this project are mainly the following: to acquire non-formal and informal skills arising from participation in the planned activities and interactions resulting from the free time; empower young people to debate and reflect about the organizations, national and European policies of inclusion; promote interculturalism, tolerance of difference, equal opportunities, social inclusion and solidarity; promote the creation of networks of international contacts (institutions and individuals); create in participants awareness of citizenship, European identity and opportunities within Europe; develop and qualify the organization's internal services for projects / international applications.
Other specific aims Educate and Include through art; Understand the art as a tool to fight violence, loneliness, isolation, health problems and social exclusion; Share and increase inclusion, pedagogical and artistic competences and skills. comes as part of a project of the institution which aims are promote relations / the solidarity ties between people.
The project considers the participation of 16 young people and 4 leaders, equitably distributed by partner countries, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Lihuania and Slovenia. The project foresees the participation of young people with economic obstacles, including long-term unemployed and young people NEET ,young people with cultural differences, especially migrant and / or refugee and social obstacles, namely, people discriminated.
The main activity is the youth exchange, which will participate in the following actions, with the following activities: art activities in the community, games, group dynamics and moments of cultural shows among participants; cultural visits t; information session on non-formal education and Youthpass; working group session, conclusions of reflection and debate about inclusion and how each may include, such experiences and perspectives; workshop related to the humanitarian crisis in Europe with refugees and migrants; dialogue about the art inclusion of special groups ; visits to non-governmental organizations with good praticals in the mains goals of the project..
Non-formal and informal learning methods privileged mobility: Art office, performing games / group dynamics to know yourself and others; learning activities outside the organization's context; activities in which participants contribute with their knowledge to increase their skills and of the other participants; working pairs, reflection and the sharing ideas between participants and the general public; participation in gatherings and cultural exhibitions between participants and interaction with the environment during their free time.
Main results expected impact: increase non-formal and informal learnings; greater capacity to intervene in society to solve problems relating to the inclusion of certain groups; greater awareness of the problems of others and knowledge of postures and attitudes to solving them; awareness of the added value of interaction with young people from other countries to acquire knowledge for the promotion of cultural dialoguue, tolerance and inclusion; greater entrepreneurship, leadership and teamwork; more active participation in society; greater awareness of the European project and EU values; greater motivation to participate in the future in education and training (formal / non-formal)
after the mobility period abroad.
The implementation of this project will have the following long-term benefits: greater awareness /knowledge of Europe, European programs and EU capabilities to create / have cultural / social /economic opportunities; increased intervention in society, particularly in organizations; improve the success of participants in formal education settings; increased management capabilities and international relations, more and better partnerships; higher quality in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow-up of EU projects; benefit from the advantages of European programs; increasing internationalization and empowerment opportunities for people and businesses/ organizations.
